Paid tools
Paid tools are used and paid for through Apify under Apify's terms. Prices are listed on each tool's page, and you set the maximum charge for every run.
Weekly tracking subscription
Subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle's buyer terms, which cover payment and taxes. See our refund policy. Plans renew monthly until cancelled. The 14-day trial is free if you cancel before it ends. Cancel any time from Billing in your account; scans continue until the end of the paid period. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Report share links you create are read-only and expire; anyone holding one can view that report until it expires or you withdraw it.
Data
Results come from third-party data providers and from search engines, which change constantly. We work to keep them accurate, but provide them as they are, without warranties. Don't rely on them as the only basis for important decisions.
Acceptable use
Don't use the tools or the free checker to break the law, to overload our services, or to get around their limits.
Free checker
The free checker has daily limits, which we may change. We may withdraw it at any time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the tool in the three months before the claim.
